Gentil AOC Alsace
Pale yellow color. Light nose with floral notes. On the palate, the wine is well-balanced, with a slight roundness and fruity notes.
The Gentil denomination is an AOC Alsace wine that meets the standards of a superior quality blend. This blend must be made up of at least 50% “noble” grape varieties (Riesling, Muscat, Pinot Gris or Gewurztraminer), with the remainder made up of other Alsace grape varieties (Sylvaner, Chasselas and/or Pinot Blanc, Auxerrois, Pinot Noir).
