Our estate, with its rich winemaking know-how handed down from generation to generation, strives to produce wines of character that respect tradition and terroir. Our family, passionate about their profession, are delighted to share their experience with you, and invite you on a sensory journey to the heart of Alsace’s vineyards.

Domaine Louis Scherb offers a range of distinctive wines, expressing the qualities and diversity of the terroirs in and around Gueberschwihr. Cultivating all the grape varieties of Alsace, we put our heart and soul into making fine, well-balanced wines. Since 2013, our production has been certified organic.
In the vineyard, we work closely and patiently with nature: the climate, season after season, determines the work to be carried out for the harmonious development of the vines. In the cellar, nature remains at the heart of the activity: the fermentation process is conditioned by all the micro-organisms present in the environment. All these interactions create wines full of personality and flavour!
